We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product availability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.

7. Unboxing Proof Requirement

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims. This video must show the package being opened from start to finish. Claims without this proof will not be accepted.

8. Size & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection made by the customer.
