A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, or damage claims.

  • The video must show the package being opened from start to finish.
  • Claims without this proof will not be entertained.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Items used, washed, or damaged by the customer

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Unboxing video proof

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
